1. Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 4 weeks of receiving the product. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

3. Return Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Returns should be sent to our designated return facility.

  • If a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.

  • If you use a different return address, you will be responsible for handling and reshipping the item.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping once the correct address is confirmed.

5. Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that remain unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

6. EU Consumer Rights Notice

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, returns may not be accepted for custom-made or personalized goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on this regulation.

7. Policy Jurisdiction

This Return Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations.
